The thumbnail is basically an edit of the cover of the original Deus Ex, which I felt was fitting because the video was about conspiracies and how and why they spread. Also, the words are in Bulgarian, with the logo on top, reading "Era. A radio show for a free world" and on the bottom is the title "Conspiracies"
